Full Potential Physical Therapy had its beginning in 1995 as Hanneken Physical Therapy.  Vincent Hanneken, physical therapist and founder of Full Potential, was motivated to establish a practice where each patient could receive expert orthopedic care applied on an individual basis. As the practice grew the name was changed to Full Potential Physical Therapy in 2006 to better represent the vision of helping patients maximize their physical ability. At this time, a new facility was designed and built to provide a professional  environment that provided a more therapeutic atmosphere for our patients and a pleasant working space for our staff.

Over the course of Full Potential’s history there have been many changes in our healthcare community yet we have remained an independently owned PT business that has survived and grown because we have established a reputation of getting the results our patients and referral sources expect.
