Case Description: Pt is a 73 y/o male who arrived to physical therapy with a right hamstring strain after playing pickleball for the first time. Following this he has significant pain and difficulty with performing daily activities that require bending such as dressing/self care and loading the dishwasher.

Objective Measures: The patient was seen for physical therapy 16 visits over a course of 2 months.

Summary: Patient was discharged from physical therapy due to no longer experiencing pain in the right hamstring and feeling confident with his home exercise program. He reports being pain-free with all daily activities. Functional report demonstrates significant improvement (28/80 to 77/80) with tolerance to daily activities including heavy and light house chores, lifting, bending, squatting, bed mobility, and dressing.
