I Was Given Exercises to Fix The Problem Before it Gets Worse!

I had hip/buttock pain due to tear in disc in low back.  Constant pain with walking, feeling insecure with hip. Full Potential was very helpful and helped me find exercises I could do to strengthen and reduce pain to the area.  Although the pain is still there most of the time, I definitely have better days and can work on my exercises to fix the problem before it gets worse!  Thanks a ton, Full Potential!!
