How We Treat

Receiving physical therapy at Full Potential is about building relationships with professionals who can help you overcome a painful physical problem and get you back in action. Our treatments are organized to provide one-on-one care throughout your treatment experience. That is why you will have the personal attention of your therapist for the duration of your appointment. You will spend your entire 45-minute appointment with the same provider in order to maximize your results. You may have a team of providers dedicated to your wellness.

A Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant are both qualified providers equipped to help you get better. Your PT will perform your evaluation and follow-up visit. They will work with a PTA to organize and direct your exercise program.

Your PT works with a physical therapist assistant who is responsible for organizing and directing your exercise program and teaching you proper body mechanics to help avoid future problems. This is where you build your relationship with your PTA; they play a key role in developing a   program specifically designed for correcting your limitations.

Consistent exercise correctly performed is the path to changing longstanding muscle habits that can be responsible for your ongoing pain. Throughout this process, you are learning how to exercise correctly and becoming more empowered to help yourself. These exercises are like tools that can be used in the future to keep you moving and feeling great. Ultimately, your physical therapy is an investment in a better future, one you have greater control over.
