Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Calvin College. He then went on to do his post graduate work at University of Texas Southwest Medical School of Allied Health and received his certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Jack began practicing in Holland, Michigan in 1973 and has worked in a variety of settings including: Holland Public School’s Physically Impaired program, hospitals, nursing homes, home health care and out-patient offices.
In 1976 Jack began to develop a special interest in treating head, neck, and facial pain with a special focus on the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ). Jack has since become one of the foremost experts in treating facial and neck pain in the West Michigan area. His other areas of interest include treating the spine, the shoulder, and doing myofascial and trigger point release.
Jack has owned and managed practices throughout his career, but his passion has always been hands on patient care. He joined Full Potential in 2009 as a staff therapist and continues to follow his passion in treating patients with a wide variety of diagnoses as well as providing invaluable mentoring to our staff.
His outside interests include: cooking, reading, woodturning, travel, and family.
